24-Hour Home Care

We deliver 24-Hour home care, which is carefully tailored to suit your individual needs and requirements. Our home care staffing starts from just 40 minutes per care visit and can be extended to as many hours as you require, day or night. All of our care workers are highly trained and have an enhanced DBS check. Our office team are friendly and are supported by the registered Manager and a team of trained and competent office staffs. Outstanding customer care is our value. From sensitive support with personal care and help with hospital discharge, medication to domestic support, we do everything we can to ensure you can carry on living independently at home. Our 24-hour personal and practical support is provided by well-trained, caring staff and is designed to ensure you continue to enjoy maximum independence as well as peace of mind, knowing that help is always at hand. Service users will be supported in their homes, as home care or supported living in their apartment. Long-term older service users would also be supported to improve their independence and wellbeing.
